Coffs Harbour 27/10 to 1/11

The home of the ‘Big Banana’ one of Australia’s famous big things. Throughout the country these large fibreglass statues have become as famous as the products they may advertise. Here a small banana plantation has grown into a small themepark all based around the big banana. The shop sells everything banana related apart from the fruit itself. After the cyclone earlier this year bananas have become a luxury fruit.



The weather was a bit mixed here and Jayne wasn't going to let that stop her from enjoying the beach, even if she had to be fully clothed to do so.















There were Kangaroos on the campsite.
